Among Pinnacle’s assets are 30 commercial properties totaling more than three million square feet. In addition, the company owns several tracts of developable land, ranging from prime lots in downtown Indianapolis to commercial and retail outlots throughout the Midwest.

Pinnacle's current investment focus is commercial property from $3 million to $15 million in the Midwest, the South, and southwest Florida.
